Sleep is a basic human physiological needs, it is closely linked to our physical,mental, social and related functions, physical and mental health of individuals subject to its direct impact on the quality of sleep. Existing research results show that there is some correlation between sleep quality and personality tendencies, the former can have an important influence on the latter. Type D personality as a personality disorder,its relationship with sleep quality has also attracted attention of some domestic and foreign scholars. In this study, the contemporary college students as research subjects,from the perspective of personality characteristics, to explore D personality, resilience,stress perception and its influence on the internal mechanism of the individual quality of sleep, the main purpose is to understand and explore sleep quality and personality of the D the relationship between the rich D personality affect sleep quality intrnal mechanism of action, provide theoretical support for improving college students sleep,promote the development of their physical and mental health level.In this study, convenient way of sampling a random sample of Harbin Engineering University, Inner Mongolia Normal University, carried out questionnaire Inner Mongolia University, Nankai University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Baotou Medical College 655 college students, valid questionnaires recovered 573 parts administrated questionnaires have Type D Personality Scale (DS-14)", "The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent (RSCA)","The Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS)" and "Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)."Using independent samples t-test, chi-square test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation these statistical methods. Come to the following findings:(1) Type D personality detection rate of 29.4%, type D personality traits and sleep problems are associated with moderate intensity, with a Type D Personality of College Students Students with respect to the risk of non-D type personality sleep disorders increased by 2 times; overall resilience in the middle level, pressure perception in middle level, college students sleep problems detection rate of 23.4%,the presence of more significant differences in some demo- graphic variables of type D personality and sleep quality.(2) Type D personality, mental flexibility, perceived stress and sleep quality between two significant correlation between two variables.(3) Type D personality the negative emotional factors can significantly predict the sleep quality;Negative emotional factors, emotional control factors and perceived stress together have a significant role for sleep quality.(4) The resilience plays a regulatory role between type D personality and sleep quality ,mental flexibility can buffer the negative impact the negative influence of D personality on sleep quality.(5) Type D personality directly affect the quality of sleep, perception and resilience indirectly affect the quality of sleep, stress perception and resilience that is between type D personality and sleep quality also played partially mediated by pressure; pressure in the perception of resilience and quality of sleep also play an intermediary role between the part; perceived stress can directly affect the quality of sleep...
