Investgation On Ximing Yang's Lifetime,Friendship And Travelling,and Liteture Works

Ximing Yang(1809-1885),remembered as Tieyun,Woyun.A man of letters,poet as well as a scholor of Chronicle in Qing Dynasty.He was borned in Xicheng(Lichuan county),Jiang xi Province.Eleted as a Pull rongsheng in 1837,then a candidate to the Cabinet,he gave up his official posituon all his life on the contry.During Taiping Heavenly kingdom period,he has been forced to leave the hometown in order to run away fromSocial Upheaval.He has been to various places.Such as Fujian Province,Taiwan,at the same time he has never stopped writing works concerning literature,Confucian classics,historiography,medical and so on.This thesis intends to make a comprehensive investigation on his lifetime,friendship and travelling,and literature works.The first part will dedicate to study his family background and lifetime.It will give a brief introduction about his extrction and the process of his literature creation which can be divided into four phrases.The second part mainly research on his own friendship and travelling experiences by means of studying the relative records.The third part to anvestigate his subsistent collections of poems in terms of versions and contents.It intends to probe into Ximin Yang's life and works thoroughly,which will have a great significance on the reseach about scholars and literature creations in Jiangxi Province during late Qing Dynasty.
