With the development of the technology,people's knowledge level has been improved a lot,it leads to add the stress on scientific research workers.In 2016,China's putted forward to construction the world-class university,every high school takes appropriate measures to improve the level of its academic,especially improve the requirements for postgraduate students,not only improve the requirement of scholarship,but also improve the requirement of graduation.Under the background of Chinese education,study the impact of postgraduate students' scientific research stress on postgraduate students' scientific performance has an important meaning.According to this study can know the influencing mechanism between scientific research stress and postgraduate scientific research performance,and further to improve the rationality of high school postgraduate students research reward system and scientific research performance.This paper study the relationship among challenge scientific research stress?hinder scientific research stress ? scientific research anxiety ? scientific research performance.This paper developed a questionnaire of challenge-hinder scientific research stress,define the measurement scale of challenge-hinder challenge-hinder scientific research stress.At the scientific research process,postgraduate students face the various scientific research stress,it makes postgraduate students feel anxiety.Anxiety is a negative emotion of postgraduate students,itisnecessarily appropriate guide students releasescientific research anxiety.The performance of postgraduate students are the test results for postgraduate students learning.This paper invests the influence of scientific research stress on postgraduate students scientific research performance,introduce scientific research anxiety,study its influence mechanism in the process of scientific research stress on postgraduate students scientific research performance.Firstly,this paper reviewed the previous study and correlation theory,analyzed the relationship among each variable,and established the research assumptions.Secondly,we developed the postgraduate student challenge-hindrance scientific research stress questionnaire and selected the measuring tools are suitable for this study,collected the sample data through questionnaires,made description of the statistical analysis for the collected sample data.Then tested the reliability and validity of measuring tools used in the study,and the difference statistical analysis of each variable on the demographic variables.Finally,analyzed themechanism of each variable,verified the hypothesis that proposed in this paper,the study came to the conclusions.This study used SPSS17.0 and Amos17.0 as data analytics tools,through descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the basis situation of sample data,through reliability analysis and factor analysis to test the reliability and validity of measuring tools,through independent-sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to e difference statistical analysis of each variable on the demographic variables,through correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the mechanism among each variable,constructed structural equation model,used the methods path analysis to examine the structural equation model,analyzed the mechanism among each variable and the size of the mediating effect.According to analysis of the results above,the conclusions in this paper are:The reliability and validity of postgraduate student challenge-hinder scientific research stress questionnaire developed by this paper are good,and it can use to measure postgraduate students scientific research stress.The challenge scientific research stress has a positive relationship with scientific research performance,the relationship is significant,challenge scientific research stress can promote postgraduate students to have more good scientific research performance.Hinder scientific research stress has a negative relationship with scientific research performance.The challenge and hinder scientific research stress have positive relationship with scientific research anxiety,it proved the stress can make people anxiety.The scientific research anxiety has a negative relationship with postgraduate students scientific research performance,so high school should correctly guide students to alleviate their scientific anxiety,avoidingbad influence from research anxiety on research profermance.This paper verified the scientific research anxiety played a mediator role between scientific research stress and postgraduate students scientific research performance,the results show that hinder scientific research stress though scientific research anxiety have a negative influence on postgraduate students' scientific research performance.
