The policy of Tibetan Buddhism formulated and implemented by the central government in the early Qing Dynasty was the object of this thesis.The paper mainly refers to the research results of predecessors and a large number of ancient books related to Tibetan Buddhism policy in the Qing Dynasty.On the basis of reference and reference,this paper analyzes the reason,process,policy content,implementation effect and policy of Qing Dynasty Tibetan Buddhism policy.Characteristics,historical impact of these aspects of in-depth study.The reasons for the establishment of Tibetan policy during the early Qing Dynasty were mainly determined by the historical features of the early Qing Dynasty,the relationship between the Qing government and the Mongolian and Tibetan ethnic groups,and the influence of Tibetan Buddhism on the political,economic and cultural influences.The existence of any superstructure has its inherent determinants,and the policy of Tibetan Buddhism in the pre-Qing period is no exception.The formulation and implementation of this series of policies are realized by integrating many factors,which are discussed in the first chapter of this paper.content.In the early Qing Dynasty,the various Tibetan Buddhist policies formulated by the Qing government were in the final analysis to safeguard the security of the regime and territorial integrity of the region.Therefore,the Qing government to achieve national unity and territorial integrity of the political and military activities and the Qing government Tibetan Buddhism policy formulation and implementation are inseparable.In the second chapter,the author discusses systematically the problems of the frontier administration in the early Qing Dynasty,the process of the policy making of Tibetan Buddhism and the content and the implementation of Tibetan Buddhism policy.This chapter is the most important chapter of the full text,occupying the full text of the most space,the panorama of the Qing government to show the process of governance of the Mongolian and Tibetan areas of religious affairs,a comprehensive summary of the early Qing Dynasty,the evolution of the political and religious system in Tibet,Governance of the Tibetan monks and common leaders under the rule of governance,a number of Galin total governance,regent-led system,Gaxag government system of several major stages.The fourth section of this chapter is the most important part of this paper.It is a systematic study of the specific content and the implementation of the policies of Tibetan Buddhism in the Qing Dynasty.This section isdivided into two levels,that is,the construction of Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism restrictions on two levels.Second,the establishment of a more perfect living Buddha canonization and recognition system;Third,the construction of religious sites.First,the establishment of a more complete system of Tibetan Buddhism monks preferential treatment;Restrictive policies include: First,the Tibetan Buddhist affairs into the national legal and institutional system within;Second,the use of administrative means to disintegrate the power of the Yellow Sect.At the same time,each big policy is divided into several aspects,such as the Tibetan Buddhist affairs into the national legal and institutional systems within the specific measures and refinement.In the third chapter,the characteristics and historical influence of the policy of Tibetan Buddhism in the early period of the Qing Dynasty are discussed.The characteristics of Tibetan Buddhism in this period are summarized in contrasting the characteristics of Tibetan Buddhism in the Yuan and Ming dynasties.From the whole,The development and implementation of Tibetan Buddhism policy is still much higher than the previous level.The historical influence of the policy of Tibetan Buddhism in this period is also negative and positive.In the long term,its positive influence is dominant,and it provides invaluable reference for the Tibetan Buddhism policy.In order to make readers more intuitive understanding of Tibetan Buddhism-related information,this article is also accompanied by exquisite pictures in the text.
