A Research On The Quality And Spatial-temporal Development Of Urban Human Settlements Based On The Health Distance Model

The urban human settlements is the foundation of human survival and development,and it’s quality directly affects people’s lives and production activities.So the quality study of the urban human settlements environment has always been a hot topic for academics.This essay is intended to analyze the the quality of Jiangxi province and it’s eleven regional cities’ living environment in the year2006,2008,2010,2012,2014.This article uses the DPSIRM concept model to create a norm system of the quality of the living environment in jiangxi and its 11 regional cities.Then,it tries to calculate each index by using the AHP method.which is the first time that the health distance model,usually used in ecology,has been applied to the research of the living environment of Jiangxi and it’s eleven regional cities.Thus,the changes of the quality of the living environment can be showed.Use the same method,the integrated health distance of the DPSIRM index system can also be analyzed.The results are as follows:In jiangxi and its prefecture-level cities,the health distance of the living environment is consistent with continuous decline.It shows that the quality of the living environment in Jiangxi and its prefecture-level cities is developing towards the perfect living environment.The quality of urban living in jiangxi and its 11 regional cities is improving.The quality of the urban environment in Jiangxi province has obvious directionality features and shows the tendency of expanding central and western regions and depressing northern and southern regions.The areas in the state of healthy,very healthy or extremely healthy are enlarging and the urban areas of semi-health or disease are narrowing.The health distance of the six criteria in the DPSIRM concept model has been reduced in the five time periods too.This is consistent with changes in the overall urban living environment in Jiangxi province and in the 11 regions of Jiangxi province.The urban living environment in Jiangxi province is in the process of improving.
