Teaching Design And Application Research To TCM Dietary Therapy Regimen Culture Class Studied By Overseas Student With Primary And Middle Chinese Level

Under the phenomenon of foreigner crazy learning about Chinese around the world.Chinese culture study has already paid attention by overseas student education in many universities and colleges increasingly.Chinese culture,as an essence of the ancient people's wisdom,it not only pass the health knowledge to people,but also express the extensive and profound Chinese history,she attracted many overseas student study interesting by its unique charming.I choose the TCM dietary therapy regimen culture which relatively simple and related to people's daily life as the topic,after giving the questionnaire survey to research targets and grounded on realities of situation,using the teaching design and various teaching ways and practice it on International medical overseas student in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.I got one teaching design and application research to overseas student study TCM dietary therapy regimen culture which there language degree is about primary and middle level in Chinese.This way saved the problem of difficulty choosing the teaching content in TCM dietary therapy regimen culture class and the problem that the teaching process easily confronted with the culture conflict.It is the way that combined the Chinese culture teaching with second language teaching.This paper are separated into four chapters.Started with the introduction to introduce this papers topic selected background,the first Chapter is the research overview to TCM dietary therapy regimen culture class and this paper's abroad and inland summarize.Chapter two described the current overseas student condition and teaching situation according to authors experience to teaching Chinese in TCM universities.This chapter described teaching targets and teaching environment specifically.Chapter three is this paper's theory foundation and selection and principle of teaching contents.It discussed the statue of TCM dietary therapy regimen culture in China's traditional culture and illustrated its significance in Chinese culture teaching to foreigners.At the same time,this part narrated this papers teaching project theory and explain the design thinking under the teaching theory instruction.Also,it introduced the choosing principle to this teaching contents and teaching contents selected about TCM dietary therapy regimen culture.The fourth chapter is the main part of the paper,it included all record of teaching plan and practice activity in class,described authors teaching process and classroom condition specifically and give some relative teaching explanation,put forward some personal teaching principle and teaching method to analyze and evaluate this times teaching effect.The last part of this paper is conclusion.
