The pursuit of happiness,harmonious life is the main theme of human civilization;to maintain pleasure,easy learning and sports psychology is the goal of each student to pursue.As the leader of the same age group-college students,they are in an important stage of development of life,in the values,the world outlook gradually stereotypes.They are the hope of the family,is the driving force of social development.The healthy growth of college students is of immeasurable value to the sustainable development of society and the harmony of family.In this context,it is very important to strengthen the study of college students' anxiety and how to alleviate individual anxiety.In this study,we use literature,interview,experience,questionnaire and other research methods,the survey object for the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and other sports professional freshman,sophomore and junior students a total of 340,to explore Sports dance professional psychological anxiety and characteristics of college students,sports dance for the healthy growth of college students to provide targeted recommendations,and sports dance teaching to provide psychological basis,so as to promote the development of sports dance.The main results of this study are: 1.Sports dance special college students and Chinese norm and non-sports dance professional compared to the anxiety situation is significantly different.Compared with the norm,the level of SAS in the college students of sports dance is significantly higher than that of the norm(p <0.00).In the state of cognitive anxiety,physical state anxiety,state self-confidence,compared with the norm,(P <0.05).Compared with other sports college students,the scores of college students in sports dance were significantly higher than those of other physical education students(p <0.05).In SAS,the scores of physical state anxiety(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of anxiety between the two groups(?2 = 18.901,p <0.00).2.Sports dance special college students in the gender,grade,only child,training years,there are significant differences.(P <0.05).In the grade,the score of first grade of SAS anxiety was significantly higher than that of female(p <0.05),and the scores of male anxiety were significantly higher in girls than in girls(p <0.05)(P <0.01).In the state self-confidence,the second grade was significantly higher than the third grade(p <0.05),and the difference of anxiety detection rate was statistically significant(?2 = 9.585,p <0.00(P <0.05).In the training period,the scores of SAS anxiety in the 18 months and the following training group were significantly higher than those of the training group(30 months)and above(P <0.05).In the physical condition anxiety,the scores of the training group were significantly higher than those of the training group(P <0.05)between 18-30 months,and the incidence of anxiety symptoms in college students The difference in age was statistically significant(?2 = 8.276,p <0.00).3.Whether it is a fixed dance partner,although the smaller the value of the difference,but no statistically significant.This study argues that sports dance college students are the future strength of sports dance development.If they appear psychological problems and can not get attention and effective intervention,the development of sports dance career will inevitably be seriously affected.Only pay attention to and exclusion of sports dance professional college students in order to promote their healthy growth in order to truly achieve the quality of sports dance teaching leap.
