The Research Of New Judicial Synonym On Chinese Dictionary During The Han Dynasty

Since the founding of the Chinese legal linguistics,the study of Chinese legal vocabulary has become more and more systematic.At present,the systematization of the legal vocabulary is mainly embodied in the study of the legal words of the book of special periods.However,it is a great pity to make a comprehensive research on the word segmentation based on dictionary.Because the corpus is stored in a dictionary,compared to the certain books,the vocabulary is much richer,helps us to fully understand and explore the legal vocabulary,so it is feasible to use the dictionary as a corpus for the study of dynastic vocabulary.Han Dynasty is an important period of social transformation of ancient China,the law with the political,economic,cultural and other fields have undergone significant changes,as the most sensitive elements of language--the words must be according to the law notes,then it is feasible to explore the appearance and characteristics of the legal words and evolution and change of legal system in the Han Dynasty from the perspective of words.In view of this,this article is based on the corpus of Chinese Dictionary,through objective induction,the description of the new Chinese legal words in the Chinese Dictionary,especially the judicial neologism,at the same time analysisthe neologism judicial synonyms.So the object of this research is the judicial neologism,this is because the judicial neologism of Han Dynasty are mostly having characteristics of the Han Dynasty,the most able to reflect the judicial and judicial words development outlook.In addition,this article focuses on the analysis the "judicial legislation,inform against prosecution,arrest,trial and punishment" the judicial synonym in a closed environment,at the same time analyze the similarities and differences of semantic features,combination and collocation and pragmatic features.The main research methods are objective description method and traditionalexegesis method,which is to describe the appearance of legal vocabulary in the Han Dynasty from a total perspective;From a diachronic perspective,the paper analyzes the subtle differences in the meaning of synonyms original meaning andmeaning extension;At the same time,the application of the theory of typical category to the selection of judicial synonyms.Addition,it is a new bright spot of this research that we shoul use the theory and method of the traditional lexical exegesis and the modern linguistic theory and method to explore the basic appearance of the legal words in the Han dynasty.The first chapter outlines the study of Chinese legal language,the judicial system and the research status of ancient Chinese synonyms;secondly,introduce the purpose of this paper,the specific methods and research value;Finally,this paper defines the source of the corpus,as well as the words,judicial words and synonyms.In the second chapter,the author gives an objective description of the administrative law,procedural law,economic law,civil law and criminal law in the synchronic plane,to show the main features of the legal construction in the Han Dynasty.The third chapter,this paper focuses on the analysis of the new judicial synonyms.First of all,we analyze the similarities and differences between the semantic features,the combination features and the pragmatic features of the synonyms in terms of the original meaning,the extended meaning and the core meaning.Secondly,from the point of view of the origin and development of word meaning,this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of new judicial synonyms in the Han dynasty.
