Xu Beihong,Liu Haisu,and Lin Fengmian are the three Eminent artists in the Republic of China,they are the modern artists in the 19 th century to the 20 th century,and they were ever studied in Europe,after then returning to work as art education.Xu Beihong successively took charge of the Art Department of the National Central University,the National Beiping Art College and the Central Academy of Fine Arts.He took the Art Department of Central University as the base,initially formed its realism art education system.Liu Haisu has served as the president of a university of the Shanghai Picture Art Academy,Shanghai Fine Arts School,East China Art College and the Nanjing Academy of Arts.Lin Fengmian has been in charge of the National Beiping College of Art and the National Academy of Art(the predecessor of National Hangzhou College of Art).The three people all advocated the fusion of Chinese and Western fine art education,and implemented it in the practice of educational management,which to form its unique art education system.This article starts from the management point of view,and focuses on the similarities and differences among their fine art education management concepts of the fusion of Chinese and Western education of the three Eminent in the Republic of China.Its similarities are mainly in the origin,the experience,as well as art education type,public education,construction of teachers' team,curriculum provision,teaching methods and other aspects.The differences are mainly reflected in the purpose of running a school,the concept of running a school,the goal of running a school,the construction of the discipline,the teaching methods and so on.Each of the three different originality,where more representative of its fusion of Chinese andWestern fine-arts educational management philosophy.This paper also integrate the inheritance of the fusion of Chinese and Western fine-arts educational management concepts of the three Eminent in the Republic of China,Whose concepts not only have crucial impacts respectively on Zhaohe Jiang,Qixiang Zong,Hu Li,Zuoren Wu,Yuliang Pan,Keran Li,Tianci Su,Guanzhong Wu et al.,but also have certain inspiration on the aspects such as the Modern art educational management like the construction of talent cultivation and curriculum system of contemporary art academy,the Double First-rate Construction of contemporary art academy,the construction of operation management system and mechanism of contemporary art academy and some other aspects.In this paper,which studies that in order to reveal the importance of the fusion of Chinese and Western fine art education management concepts of the three Eminent,and facing the focus issues of the current art education to seek solutions.
