Research XiJinPing Thought Of Cultural Soft Power

Culture is nation's blood,is the spiritual home of the people. Cultural self-confidence is more basic, deeper and more lasting force. Since the 18th National Congress of the communist party of China, the Central of communist party with Comrade Xi JinPing as the core attaches great importance to the construction of cultural soft power. Xi JinPing stressed a core force of national comprehensive is Cultural soft power. Under the new situation, building cultural strong country, to reach the Two Centenary Goals and realize the Chinese Dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must further firm "Four confidence",enhance nation's cultural soft power.This paper is on the basis of a series of important conversations on Xi JinPing's cultural soft power Since the 18th National Congress of the communist party of China, which formed Xi JinPing's thought of cultural soft power. The main contents of Xi JinPing's cultural soft power can be summarized into four aspects:the Core Socialist Values are the soul of cultural soft power, the Chinese fine traditional culture is the deepest foundation of cultural soft power, Cultural self-confidence is following after the road self-confidence, theoretical self-confidence, system self-confidence, we must adhere to the fundamental self-confidence, and promote the ideological and cultural work.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance cultural soft power.Firstly,We need to carry out practical activities, formulate policies and regulations,do a good job of cultivating and disseminating the Core socialist values; We also need to vigorously carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,do a good job of traditional culture with a way of creative transformation and innovative development;secondly, we should actively learn from the experience of soft power from the western developed countries; promote the reform of cultural management system and accelerate the process of legalization of cultural company; Lastly, China is going to strengthen cultural ideas with different countries, also rely on the "one belt and one road" strategy to build the carrier of civilization development. We can also strengthen the building of cultural communication capacity,speak Chinese stories, spread the sound of China, explain the Chinese characteristics.
