Research On The Psychological Capital Of Coal Mine Workers' Safety Behavior

The situation of coal mine safety production in China in recent years has improved, but it is still severe. According to a survey conducted over the past 30 years showed that above 96.5% coal mine accidents are caused by human unsafe behavior. Therefore, the effective way to reduce the occurrence rate of major accidents in coal mines is to prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of coal miners. While the safe behavior is caused by psychological, therefore, this paper from the positive psychology that is,the psychological capital, to improve the safety behavior of the miners to put forward the theoretical basis. Therefore, this paper presents the study of safety motivation the mediating effect of psychological capital and safety behavior, and put forward the coal mine worker safety behavior management system, and then from the perspective of practical production safety because of the environment of the mining enterprises to provide strong guidance.Firstly, this paper reviews the current research status of the concept and influencing factors of psychological capital, safety motivation and safety behavior based on the psychological capital theory, behavioral science theory, questionnaire and structural equation model method.Secondly, based on the review of research, this paper defines the miners'psychological capital, constitute the basic elements and connotation of safety motivation and safety behavior, and provide a theoretical basis for the study. After that, this paper is about the formation of investigation of coal mine workers safety behavior questionnaire, which consist of psychological capital, safety motivation and safety behavior. In Shandong province Huafeng coal mine employees as the research object, and this paper determine whether the observed indicators and the design variables to meet the subordinate requirements through descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and mean variance analysis. And then, this paper discusses the mechanism of the effect of psychological capital on miners' safety behavior. In a systematic review and analysis based on the existing research results, propose the research model, that psychological capital not only directly affect the safety behavior, and the mediating role of safety motivation have an indirect effect on the safety behavior. The correlative hypotheses, questionnaire survey of Huafeng coal miners based on the method of using structural equation model analysis and empirical test of the conceptual model, based on the conclusion of the study. The fifth chapter mainly through the two aspects of psychological capital and safety motivation are put forward to promote coal mine workers' safety behavior management system.According to the above research conclusion puts forward the coal mine worker safety behavior management system, and provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of miners' safety behavior.Effectively improve the safety behavior of miners from practice, is conducive to the realization of coal mine safety production.
