Whether in identity or style,Cao Wenxuan is special in the Chinese literary circles.His children's novels and children's literature theory echoes,forming his own literary.And whether in his literary studies or his works,it shows a romantic and bitter "wandering complex".This paper selects and analyzes this perspective as a research object,starting from the text of his children's novels,combined with children's literature theory,children psychology,and Cao's view of children's literature.The part of introduction introduces the creation and research of Cao Wenxuan under his dual identity,and explains the reason of selecting him as the object of this study,combining the development history and the present research situation of Chinese children's literature.In addition,the present research of Cao Wenxuan,his research methods,research angles and significance of this paper are also introduced in this part.Then,this paper,through three chapters,explains the "wandering complex" in the children's novels of Cao Wenxuan,and finally expands this theme for children's literature:The first chapter expounds the source of the wandering consciousness in Cao Wenxuan's children's novels.This chapter starts from the writer's own experience,although living in the metropolis,he deeply cherishes the hometown of soil and water,always can not escape the wanderer's mind,so this "marginal" feeling was naturally brought into the works.In addition,as a scholar Cao Wenxuan also has a strong academic interest in the literary "wandering complex" and discussed it very early in his work.Discussing his novels with his own theoretical research,apparently his children's novel is also marked with the “wandering complex ”.The second chapter starts from the text of Cao Wenxuan 's novels and combs the wandering complex embodied in his works.First of all,the wandering performances for the suffering of life,not only includes the no fixed,uprooted situation,but also contains the spiritual feeling of lost and nothing to rely on.Second,the wandering or an active act,specifically for the purpose of the exploration of the unknown world,to achieve a certain spiritual satisfaction and choose the way to wandering.Finally,due to outbound wandering often accompanied by their homeland,so children in a foreign land often look back home,so as to find themselves,return to the self-identity.The third chapter combines the theoretical basis of children's literature and Cao Wenxuan's view of children's literature,focusing on the analysis of his novels in the wandering complex of children's growth connotation and significance.This chapter combines the text analysis of the previous chapter and the study of children's psychology,discusses in two aspects: the suffering of the temper and the pursuit of growth.And in this chapter the study of the conflict between urban and rural is also involved.The fourth chapter studies the wandering theme of children's literature in China and abroad,and expounds the universal value of wandering complex in children's literature creation.
