| Li Sheng,the important host of the traditional Chinese rituals and folk beliefs,participates in the gods worship,ancestral sacrifice,weddings and funerals rituals and other ceremonial practice,especially in the sacrificial rites.Under the guidance of the method of field investigation and literature research,the author has investigated Li Sheng of the whole Wenxi for a year and three months and mainly conducted the oral interview on twelve excellent inheritors.During this period,the author took part in the full moon ceremony,funeral and Pei Bo large-scale sacrificial activities,and deeply understood the role of Li Sheng in the ritual activities.The Hedong area is the birthplace of human civilization,so Wenxi owns unique ecological environment and cutural environment.The government of Wenxi has attached great importance to Confucianism since the ancient times,because a large number of academics and literators breeds powerful groups of Li Sheng.Its organization includes Wenxi County Ritual Research Association and the Weddings and Funerals Councils and its form of inheritance is based on group inheritance and geography inheritance.Li Sheng are mostly farmers,who are the highly respected people in the region.They play important role in the weddings and funerals,installing the beam to the roof of houses(a kind of customs in rural areas),house-warming party,full month party,the birthday party for the elderly,setting up the monument and other ritual activities.They are competent,busy and tired.The scale of Li Sheng of Wenxi varies,and the members are not fixed.Li Sheng mainly conducts as " family sacrifice" ceremony in fixed procedures,with openness and reproducibility.In this paper,the author takes Pan Kaiji as the example by showing his life situation,and conducts detailed analysis from the perspective of the acquisition andheritage of ritual knowledge,the specific etiquette practice,the contribution to etiquette of Wen Xi and other aspects.From the whole to the individual,the author wants to reflect the status of the inheritance condition of Li Sheng through the life of the inheritor,and reflect the cultural characteristics and social changes of Wenxi through the the etiquette practicee of Li Sheng. |
