In recent years, the enthusiasm of the world to learn Chinese has risen rapidly, and the recent promotion of Chinese language is imminent. Chinese international promotion includes not only language knowledge and language skills promotion, but also contains the spread of Chinese culture. However,the traditional teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has become increasingly unable to meet people's needs, people call for the emergence of new teaching methods. As a new type of teaching resources with visual and auditory integration, situational comedies can stimulate a variety of senses of students to the most extent, so that students are able to experience the Chinese cultural connotation and enhance the language communication skills in a more realistic scene. Therefore, this article chooses the sitcoms to carry on the teaching design, apply in language skills teaching of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article consists of five chapters, as follows:The first chapter is the preface,discusses the reason of this topic,the relevant research results and the main research ideas.The second chapter demonstrates the operability on the usage of sitcoms in language skills teaching of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Firstly, it defines the concept of sitcoms and the teaching of language skills in Chinese as a foreign language. Then it elaborates the theoretical basis of applying sitcoms to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, mainly including second language teaching theory, psychological theory, second language acquisition theory and intercultural communication. And then it discusses the advantages of sitcoms in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, from the content, language and culture of three aspects of the argument.The third chapter analyzes the value of "IPartment" as teaching resources. First of all, make clear the basic principles of sitcoms, mainly in the following five areas: sitcom languages should be simple and concise, sitcom objects should be divided into levels,sitcom themes should be rich and varied, sitcom themes should be positive and healthy,the use of sitcoms should be appropriate and moderate. Then the main contents and characters of "IPartment" are briefly introduced, and the value of teaching resources is analyzed from three aspects: content, language and culture.The fourth chapter is the focus of this article,mainly uses "IPartment" as an example of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Firstly, make teaching instructions,followed by listening, speaking, reading and comprehensive class as an example of a detailed teaching design, and take this as a lesson plan for teaching practice and feedback.The fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the whole thesis, points out the innovation and the insufficiency of this article.
