The Development And Utilization Of Moral Education Resources In The Special Festivals In Xiangxi

With its local festivals as carrier, Xiangxi Special Festivals culture is a result of both the need of production and life in the process of social practice activities, and the long-term accumulation of life in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao people's culture. It is featured with extensive and profound historical and cultural connotation.Xiangxi special festivals culture contain abundant resources of moral education, including the world outlook of "Unity of people and nature", the life outlook of "being optimistic ", the values of"courtesy and honesty", the political outlook of" patriotism" and "respecting virtuous"in morality.In his first visit to Xiangxi, General Secretary Xi Jinping made some important instructions, that is to seek truth from facts, suit the measures to local conditions, do classified guidance and targeted poverty alleviation.
