In recent years, there are more and more sad reports about middle school students for the Mental illness that affect their subjective well-being. Middle school students are in growth rebellious period, people pay more attention on their life status. In order to help middle school students be happier, help students catch their good critical period, it is important to find the reason for students' subjective well-being. Evaluation is everywhere,self-appraisals is the individual a judgment of their own ability and sociality. Reasonable objective self-evaluation can let students form a good state of mind and vice versa. In addition to the self-appraisals, there are also others' appraisals and reflected appraisals.The evaluation is in middle school students to all aspects of life, they affect middle school students' well-being and mental health. Social perception refers to the individual,group and to others for their own consciousness. In the process of social perception,people can do self-appraisals, reflected appraisals and others' appraisals. Social perception include warmth and competence dimensions. In this paper,I will study the relationship of self-appraisals, others' appraisals, reflected appraisals and subjective well-being from the new perspective that two dimensions of social perception. Find the factors of influencing middle school students' subjective well-being, and put forwards the effective education suggestions and solve the problems, improve the level of well-being of middle school students.This study used the method of cluster random sampling; select 300 middle school students from a middle school in Wuhan as the research object, which has 224 students effectively. Using the revision of the "middle school students' self-appraisals questionnaire","middle school students' others evaluation questionnaire ", "others evaluation questionnaire" and "life satisfaction questionnaire of middle school students".The results of this research shows as following:1. The characteristics of the junior middle school students' self-appraisals and subjective well-being. In the warmth and competence dimensions, there are no significant gender differences. Self-appraisals on the dimension of warmth, there are significant grade differences; there is no significant grade difference in competence dimension. There is a significant gender difference in subjective well-being; boys' score is higher than girls.2. The relationship of self-appraisals, others' appraisals and reflected appraisals. There is high correlation between self-assessment and reflected appraisals. There is significant difference between self-appraisals and others appraisals. There is a significant positive correlation on self-appraisals and subjective well-being.3. The relationship of self-appraisals, reflected appraisals, others appraisals and subjective well-being. There are relationship of self-appraisals, reflected appraisals,others' appraisals and subjective well-being. Control self-appraisals, there are no significant correlation between others appraisals and subjective well-being. Warmth in reflected appraisals affects subjective well-being by competence in self-appraisals but not by warmth. The main factors that affect the subjective well-being are reflective warmth evaluation and self-competence evaluation.According to the results of the study found that middle school students' subjective well-being is mainly influenced by reflective warmth appraisals and self-competence appraisals. According to the actual situation, we provide the method of group counseling to help the students to improve their subjective well-beings.
