Investigation And Analysis On Mental Health Counseling Center For Minors And Towns In Jiangxi Province

Minors mental health counseling center is set up by the government at all levels of public welfare institutions to meet the area of minors mental health education needs,to enhance the mental health of minors for the purpose.Minors are the future of the motherland,their physical and mental development characteristics determine the need for mental health services,the government gives three major functions of minors psychological counseling center "guidance and coordination,mental health knowledge propaganda,counseling services ".In this study,the status quo of the construction of the county-level mental health counseling center in the province was investigated,and the representative Nanchang,Pingxiang and Nanchang minors mental health counseling centers were selected as the case study,and the construction of the counseling center Ideas,infrastructure,teamwork and job development.At present,the current situation of mental health counseling centers in Jiangxi province is:(1)the municipal level is generally established,the county has a rare establishment,the local leadership of the degree of attention directly affect the establishment and role of the center play.(2)The quality of the full-time staff at the city and county level counseling centers is generally better,but the manpower shortage is not enough and the volunteers are not stable enough.(3)the counselling centre is a new thing,the establishment of the system does not keep up with the needs of the counseling center,what to do,how to do,the lack of clear documentation guidance.(4)the lack of rationality of the counseling center location,functional areas and equipment utilization is low.(5)The work of the counseling center lacks the assessment criteria.The study believes that to strengthen the Jiangxi provincial and municipal minors psychological counseling center construction,need to proceed from the following aspects:(1)the relevant departments of the province issued a city-level psychological counseling center construction documents,from the training of qualified socialism successors,to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,a full understanding of the construction of city and county minors psychological counseling center of the importance and necessity.(2)As a government agency,it should have its clear responsibilities,rights and obligations;have a clear higher authorities,the nature of the center,the effectiveness of the assessment indicators,the necessary preparation.(3)Counseling centers in cities and counties to do a good job of construction,strengthen the psychological counseling services.(4)to strengthen the center of teacher building,full-time teacher as the backbone,they actively cooperate.(5)the provincial departments to carry out regular assessment of the work of the municipal counseling center;municipal departments of the city’s county counseling centers to carry out inspection and evaluation and experience exchange,counseling center to do well.Making concerted efforts,minors psychological counseling center can be more scientific and sustainable green development,Jiangxi Province for the young people to play a new role in mental health services.
