| The intangible cultural heritage is the essence of a nation’s history and the trea sure of traditional culture and national spirit.Governments around the world are taki ng the necessary efforts and measures to protect the intangible cultural heritage,peo ple at all levels are committed to exploring how to better inherit and protect the int angible cultural heritage.The tourism development is an important embodiment of to urism development,to achieve the docking of intangible cultural heritage and market economy,realize the industrialization of culture,the protection of intangible cultural heritage at the same time,to promote local economic and cultural development.First of all,the article shows some basic concepts about intangible cultural heritage tourism and rural tourism.Then it introduces the theoretical basis of the research and the principle of non heritage development.Then,the author makes a field investigation on the intangible cultural heritage tourism resources in Daping Town,Xingning,analyzes the historical changes of the 14 intangible cultural heritage,and establishes the corresponding evaluation system.From the three aspects of tourism resources of the intangible cultural heritage attraction,activity,capacity of assessment,emphatically cited Delphy Fa qualitative level analysis,establish evaluation system,and then the questionnaire survey research to local experts and scholars,collect all the data on the 14 kind of non-material the using of cultural Heritage Richter scale method and the method of fuzzy scoring two quantitative analysis results,the results will be 14 items of intangible cultural heritage into recession and the industrial development of two categories.Decline mainly by Xingning prints,Luogang mountain tea oil,ink,ink smoke Zhang Xin Po Le Xian Yuba constitute 4;industrial development by Xingning Lantern Festival,tours dance song,bamboo cup,Luo book home reckoning,the Hakka folk song,lantern dance,wine brewing techniques,cloth making techniques,Luo steamed tofu lantern,Huang bantiao constitute 10.Third,the intangible cultural heritage of Daping town is suitable for the planning of rural tourism,and the construction and planning of the tourism environment of the 14 intangible cultural heritage.Scene construction planning is mainly divided into folk activities,the stage of the real performance,museum display category,handicraft class,as well as eating experience class.The conclusion is that the intangible cultural heritage is a feasible way to carry out the intangible cultural heritage tourism under the background of the intangible cultural heritage tourism.Based on the Meizhou Xingning town of intangible cultural heritage at present a comprehensive analysis based on the condition of the system,but also on the town in ruraltourism development of the intangible cultural heritage and the scene construction made a detailed planning for the protection and inheritance of Xingning town of the intangible cultural heritage to provide some help. |
