With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, tourism along the route has ushered in a huge opportunity for development,Xinjiang’s unique intangible cultural heritage resources can provide an important cultural core for the development of tourism,it is of great significance to the in-depth development of cultural and tourism integration in Xinjiang,However, there is still the phenomenon of carrying out intangible cultural heritage tourism on the basis of not clarifying the intangible cultural heritage resources,is not conducive to the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage tourism,Moreover, the spatial distribution of intangible cultural heritage projects in Xinjiang has certain rules, how to make better use of its spatial characteristics to develop intangible cultural heritage tourism, how to evaluate the tourism development value of intangible cultural heritage scientifically and comprehensively and carry out intangible cultural heritage tourism in step,it has become an urgent problem to be solved right now. Therefore,on the basis of the spatial analysis of Xinjiang national intangible cultural heritage, the paper establishes the value evaluation system of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage tourism development, and evaluates the development value of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage tourism, and thus puts forward development suggestions.First of all,the article sorts out the research background and significance of Xinjiang’s development of intangible cultural heritage tourism, research status at home and abroad, research methods, etc. The definition and the connotation of cultural ecology theory, growth pole theory and AVC theory are analyzed to provide theoretical support for this research.Secondly, the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Xinjiang’s national intangible cultural heritage are explored through correlation analysis and average nearest neighbor, nuclear density and buffer analysis in spatial analysis, and their influencing factors are integrated into Xinjiang’s intangible cultural heritage tourism development. In the selection of the indicators of the value evaluation system, and on this basis, combined with field research and existing literature research, the evaluation index system was initially established. After in-depth interviews with experts in this field, the evaluation index system was finally established, and then the AHP and the expert scoring method determines the weight of each index, and finally, evaluates the value of Xinjiang’s intangible cultural heritage tourism development through expert scoring and AHP.Research indicates:First, the spatial distribution of national-level intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang is quite different, and the overall distribution is clustered, mainly distributed in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture,Kashgar Region and Urumqi City, and presents a distribution pattern of "two cores, one belt and multiple districts"."Nuclear" is the polar core area with Urumqi City and Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture as the core respectively;"One Belt" is the second-highest density area with Kashi area as the core, and is in the southwest-northeast direction with the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture,Tu Musuke City and Aksu area are connected and distributed in a band shape;"multi-district" is a low-density area with Hotan area,Altay area and Hami city as the core.Second, the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang include natural and human factors.Among the natural factors,Xinjiang’s national intangible cultural heritage tends to be distributed in the 500-1500 meters above sea level, the slope is less than 2°,the area near the river, the accumulated temperature above 10°is≥1600°,the temperate semi-shrub,and the dwarf tree desert area;the human factor is the Xinjiang national intangible cultural heritage. The distribution of heritage has a significant positive correlation with population size, economic development level, road network density, and tourism development level, and is mainly distributed within the 10 KM buffer zone of the railway.Third, the value evaluation system of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage tourism development has been established, which is composed of 3 comprehensive evaluation layers,8 factor evaluation layers and 28 factor evaluation layers. The weight of the comprehensive evaluation index is from large to small to intangible heritage capacity, intangible heritage vitality and the attraction of elements from large to small to development benefit, inheritance status, stakeholder factors, intangible heritage quality, tourism conditions, natural environment conditions and basic value of intangible cultural heritage.Fourth,in the evaluation of tourism development value in Xinjiang, the attraction score is high, with good use value and optimal development, and the stakeholders factors and development benefit should be improved.Last, based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage and the value evaluation results of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage tourism development value,The development strategy of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage tourism is put forward.First, concise the intangible cultural heritage theme, optimize the development pattern: "two core" differentiated development," One Belt" development of intangible cultural heritage railway tourism special line," multi-zone " point development;Second, strategy to improve the attraction of intangible cultural heritage:Expand the publicity channels, increase publicity efforts;Dig deep into the connotation of intangible cultural heritage,Improve the participation of intangible cultural heritage tourism;Third, vitality promotion strategy of intangible cultural heritage: Improve the inheritance system;Optimize the basic conditions of tourism;Fourth,Strategy of intangible cultural heritage: Introduce the concept of life protection to residents,we will introduce a reward and punishment system for tourism enterprises.
