With the elevation of China's position in international community and the increasing influence of China,more and more foreigners have begun to learn Chinese in China or their own country.As the students from Korea are the most among all the foreign students in China,Korea has actually become a country where Chinese teaching is popular.Since there are numerous Chinese learners in Korea and their requirement for Chinese-teaching tends to be higher and higher,how to teach Korean students excellently and how to improve Chinese teachers' level of Chinese character teaching in Korea turns out to be something urgent for Chinese-teaching circle in China.The constantly heated enthusiasm of learning Chinese gives rise to a special “pressure” on the Chinese-teaching in Korea.Since single teaching mode lacks innovation;there is the big gap between the first language and second language;the poor language-learning environment is unsuitable for reinforcing language learning;students are fear of difficulties in learning Chinese characters,all these factors cause some problems in the elementary class of Chinese-teaching in Korea.The problems include that students have no high Chinese-learning initiative,the teaching outcome is not as good as expected and teaching goals fail to be accomplished,etc.As the Chinese character teaching in elementary class is quite mature in China and the teachers accumulate rich experience,the Chinese character learning and teaching method in the primary school of China can be borrowed to resolve the practical problems in Chinese character teaching in Korea.Specifically,the methods should be adopted,like learning Chinese character intensively,learning Chinese character in a scattered manner,learning Chinese character by marking its Pinyin,learning Chinese character through its hidden meaning,learning Chinese character by character unit and learning Chinese character by its rhymed writing;the established teaching principle should be followed.The principle is to take the stroke of character as basis,take the radicals of character as core,those easy come first and those difficult,later as well as combine character writing with the understanding on the hidden meaning of characters;the traditional Chinese character teaching methods during the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language can be made full use,like the method of “spoken language comes first while written language later ”,“the integration of spoken language and written language”,“double tricks for spoken language and written language” and “Chinese character-oriented” method.In a word,a variety of Chinese character teaching methods in China should be borrowed to comprehensively improve Chinese teachers' the level of Chinese character teaching in Korean,enhance the learning effect of Korean students and better accomplish teaching goals.
