Research On The Cultural Inheritance And Innovation Of Huangshan University Library

Reform and innovation is the theme of the time.Higher education in China is in the process of reform and development,and local colleges and universities are transforming into the local application.At the same time,cultural inheritance and innovation has been established as the fourth largest function of higher education.Local university library is a member of the library and the component of higher education,facing a double transformation of pressure.How to combine the cultural inheritance and innovation function with local university library becomes a subject worthy of exploration in the transformation and development process.This paper takes the library of Huangshan University as the main research object,and studies how to carry out the cultural inheritance and innovation work under the background of network and new media under the tide of reform and innovation in the local applied university library.On the basis of the research on the theory of cultural inheritance and innovatior,this paper summarizes the connotation of cultural inheritance and innovation,expounds the relationship between local university library and cultural inheritance and innovation function.This paper introduces the achievements of Huangshan University library in the cultural inheritance innovation through access to information,questionnaire,interview and statistical analysis,and points out the problems in the cultural inheritance and innovation of the Huangshan University library.Then we analysis the causes of the problem,and put forward relevant countermeasures.This paper argues that there are some problems in the cultural inheritance innovation of Huangshan University library,such as the unclear functions,lack of the use of space function,optimization of cultural resource content and poor service effect,and also analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the function positioning,platform construction,innovation mechanism in the library of cultural inheritance innovation.And then put forward a clear library of cultural inheritance and innovation functional positioning,strengthen the platform construction,innovation mechanism,highlighting the characteristics of Huizhou cultural and other countermeasures.This paper mainly studies the local applied university library,how to focus on the functions of cultural inheritance and innovation,make full use of this platform to achieve the transformation and development of the library,truly become the center of academic institutions and cultural services.Based on the actual situation of Huangshan University library,this paper explores the content of the construction of cultural inheritance and innovation platform:Establish a user-centered and active service,innovative library work model,build quality service team,and actively tap the needs of readers,take the initiative to find readers;The spatial reengineering of the library,fully tap the value of the library space,and fully attract readers to the library into a cultural and leisure learning exchange center;It is necessary to pay attention to the construction of cultural connotation,not only to emphasize the inheritance and innovation of advanced culture and excellent culture,but also to highlight the inheritance and innovation of Huizhou culture,to create the characteristic culture,to carry on the whole process of cultivating culture through the whole process of personnel training,realize the inheritance and innovation of culture;Take the Huizhou cultural as the main content carrier,with the help of new media,cooperation and sharing,innovative platform for the operation of the mechanism.The cultural heritage platform and cultural innovation platform organically together;The cultural resources of the virtual space service platform and cultural heritage of the physical space service platform of the organic unity.
