Internet plus represents a fresh economic formation.It integrates the innovative achievements of Internet into all walks of life in economic society,improves innovation and productivity of the real economy and shapes a broader new formation of economy on the basis of Internet.Premier,Li Keqiang has delivered a series of lectures concerning Internet plus on several occasions and pressed forward with the integration with all walks of life since 2016,which poses a great reaction.Internet plus instantly becomes a hot topic of concern and discussion.Starting from babies,education rapidly becomes the focus under the topic of Internet plus.Autonomous oral English learning at the age of Internet plus education refers that users make full use of online resources to learn English independently.They practice,and apply oral English based on computers and make use of Internet-based learning tools to improve language skills and expand knowledge.In this learning process,users can use language autonomously in the virtual communicative environment according to their own needs by surfing the Internet for valid information and eventually enrich knowledge,improve language skills and learning efficiency.Oral English is a rather significant ability in the integrated English language proficiency.With the progress of opening up,oral English plays a more and more important role in a successful conversation.In the last few years,studies on English autonomous learning ability and learning strategies have increased gradually in China.However,most researches are conducted from the perspective of overall English learning and the researches that focus on individual skills like listening,speaking,reading,writing and translation are few.Based on Internet plus education,this thesis,taking an example of Hujiang CCtalk,studies the following questions: What is the current situation of users' autonomous oral English learning under the background of Internet plus education? What problems does online autonomous oral English learning have? The research aims to provide references for users' autonomous oral English learning at the age of Internet plus education and provide some inspiration to improve online teaching environment.The research objects in this research are frequent users in Hujiang CCtalk oral English learning community.120 users are chosen as participants who have been under the author's observation for more than two years.These research objects have been learning English for a long time in CCtalk Englishlearning community and they learn autonomously after class online,which meets the demand of the research.The investigation methods were applied to finish the research.Questionnaires,observation and interviews were the main investigation tools.The research results show that the current situation of users' oral English autonomous learning is not as optimistic as it is expected.Specifically speaking,although most of the users accept the learning approaches of online autonomous oral English learning and their learning motivation focuses on the improvement of their oral English ability,there still exist individual differences.The research subjects firmly believe that there are plenty of advantages of online autonomous oral English learning but the limitations are also cannot be neglected.Based on the research results and discussion,the author put forward optimization strategies for the online autonomous oral English learning.At the end of the thesis,the limitations of the research and the suggestions for further studies are presented.
