| Since the launch of smart phones,China has surpassed Japan as the world’s leading country of smart phones users,and that’s why the world’s major smart phone manufacturers are aiming at China.This report takes the famous mobile phone manufacturer in South Korea,Samsung Company’s Chinese users similar as the original translation text,aiming to record and evaluate the process of the translation;at the same time,as interview texts have distinctive styles,especially those of vocabulary and syntax,this thesis takes the similar text as a case study,analyzing the lexical and syntactic equivalence from the perspective of functional equivalence.In addition,this thesis will further discuss which special translation skills should be adopted,sum up the four characteristics of the corresponding translation skills,and apply to the analysis of typical examples encountered in this translation project,and finally concludes the four main skills which can be used in seminar text translation.This thesis is supposed to offer some advice to the translation of the Chinese seminar text,and help other translators when necessary. |
