| Lu Huabo was a musician who devoted himself to the creation of Chinese piano pieces in the last century.He had a strong affection for Chinese traditional folk music,on which most of his creation are based.In 1952,he created Chinese Folk Song Piano Album,in which there were seven Mogolian style piano pieces.As a matter of fact,these seven Mongolian style piano pieces were written in accordance with the theme music of folk songs of the Inner Mongolia,and there were titles for each piece respectively.Lu Huabo applied the western composing method to his seven Mongolian style piano pieces,and he skillfully mixed the folk music style of Inner Mongolia to the creation these piano pieces through the use of the western instrument—piano.Therefore,this research aims at analyzing and studying these seven Mongolian style piano pieces from the perspective of music and performance.Besides,this thesis is divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,Lu Huabo and his musical creation as well as Chinese Folk Song Piano Album will be introduced.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the music and performance of the seven Mongolian style piano pieces in the Chinese Folk Song Piano Album.Specifically,the creative features and performance of the seven Mongolian style piano pieces will be explored.In the chapter three,the creation value and application of the the seven Mongolian style piano pieces in Chinese Folk Song Piano Album will be discussed.This thesis is designed to analyze and study the seven Mongolian style piano pieces from the angle of music and performance with the purpose of providing some reference for a better understanding of the musical style of Mongolian style piano pieces and for the improvement of the expression and the ability of performance. |
