During the Second World War,a large number of German women as war auxiliaries actively engaged in the war for Germany,whether they were deployed together with the Wehrmacht to foreign occupation,or took responsibilities for the domestic air defense,they have played an important role.They were invisible warriors in the German war during the World War II,but their history was little known both in Germany and throughout the world.In order to make the domestic academic circles know more about the theme,the thesis take a comprehensive reference to foreign academic research results in recent decades.Under the guiding ideology of historical materialism and dialectical materialism,and adopting a series of research methods,including methods of induction,comparison and analysis of Marxism Dialectic,the thesis have a full range of detailed discussion to the German women's auxiliary services in the World War II.The contents of the discussion include the recruiting background and process of the German women's auxiliary services,its main structure,hierarchical structure and badges and uniforms,their military life and functions,and their fate at the end of the war.The thesis aims to provide a better understanding of the living conditions of German women during the World War II through the comprehensive exploration.The conclusion from this thesis is that the German women's auxiliaries actively being engaged in the war reflects that not only the German women were eager to leave the family field and want to have a development of their own ability to obtain equal status with men,but also the difficult road of women pursuing gender equality on that era.
