| Ming Dynasty and Chosen established vassal relations in the early years of foundation,the development of bilateral relations despite twists and turns,but generally is friendly.Chosen as a vassal,attaches great importance to the sovereign state of the Ming Dynasty.The Ming Dynasty also regards Chosen as a model for other countries.Therefore,when a major event occurs,both sides are concerned about each other.In July of Zhengtong 14 year(1449),Oirat(a Mongoliantribe)marehed into the Ming Dynasty.Despite opposition ministers,Ming Ying-tsung Zhu Qizhen went on an expedition at the urge of Wang Zhen.In August,Ming Ying-tsung was captured in the civil aviation fort,said "Tu-mu Incident".This incident led to a major political change in the Ming Dynasty,also caused the attention of the neighboring countries,especially Chosen.This paper attempts to under this special background of the "Tu-mu Incident",around Chosen as a vassal state on the country’s intelligence collection and make a series of reactions and countermeasures,as well as the requirements of the Ming Dynasty to Chosen,in order to inspect the negotiations between Ming Dynasty and Chosen,so as to explore the actual state of relations between Ming Dynasty and Chosen at this specified period.This thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.It mainly elaborates the purpose and significance of the topic,the related research dynamic,and the choice of research methods and innovations.The second chapter mainly discusses the situation of the Ming Dynasty and Chosen before "Tu-mu Incident".This chapter mainly discusses the political situation of the Ming Dynasty and Chosen and the relationship between the two countries.This is the historical background of this paper.The third chapter mainly analyzes the Chosen’s response to Mongolia oirat invaded the Ming dynasty.This chapter discusses the situation of Mongolia oirat invaded the Ming Dynasty and Chosen gathered the relevant intelligence activities in order to analyze Chosen’s beginning reaction to Mongolia oirat invaded Ming Dynasty and thus reflects the relationship between Ming Dynasty and Chosen.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the negotiations between the Ming Dynasty and Chosen after "Tu-mu Incident".Including the Ming Dynasty imperial power change、Chosen reaction、battle of Beijing、the relations between Ming Dynasty and Chosen after Jingtai emperor acceded in order to analyze Chosen attention to the situation of the Ming Dynasty after "Tu-mu Incident" and the refraction to the Ming Dynasty requirements.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.By summarizing the previous discussion,draw the conclusion. |
