Disscussion On Wang Jiu Si’s Acceptance Of Du Fu’s Poetry

This paper mainly uses the theories of Reception Aesthetics to study.Reception Aesthetics was a new methodology of literary research in the late 1960s,whose theoretical core is taking the receiver as the center.It means not to emphasize what the author is trying to write in the text,but to emphasize what the reader actually reads from the text,which shows the importance of readers in literary activities.Reception Aesthetics,which from the receiver perspective,provides a new perspective for the study of classical Chinese literature.A generation parnassus’acceptance of the poetry of predecessors,often reflected in some specialized words and deeds such as interpretation,imitation,evaluation,publication and appreciation in the poetry.Since Kaiyuan and Tianbao periods in Tang Dynasty,Du Fu’s poetry was continuously accepted by descendants’ specialized words and deeds such as anthology,evaluation,imitation and interpretation,even grew into a great "Du Xue".Wang Jiusi’s acceptance of Du Fu’s poetry mainly reflected in imitation,not in interpretation or evaluation.Besides,because imitators have both readers and authors identity,they are both the first reader of the text and the creator of the derived text,making the imitation itself has both the function of communication.So,Wang Jiusi’s imitation acceptance of Du Fu’s poetry also promoted the spread of Du Fu’s poetry at the same time.
