The Culture Of Northeast In Chi Zijian’s Novels

Chi Zijian,a famous female writer active in the contemporary literary world is a representative of the northeast regional writers,in the 1980 s,Chi Zijian with her "Aurora Borealis" broke into the literary world and the “Black Soil Culture” in her literature is a major concern.As a "Northern Spirit",a productive writer in that contemporary,her novels were willing to express local conditions and customs,condensed with a strong regional cultural characteristics.These creative features are closely related with the writer’s childhood memories and daily life,the black land where she grew up also bring her unlimited spiritual support and provide her “fertile soil”.In this paper,the regional culture in Chi Zijian’s novels is taken as the object of study,trying to explore the cultural characteristics of the black land in her novels,feel the humanistic customs on the black land of Northeast China,and appreciate the delicate relationship between human beings and the nature.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the cultural origin of the black land in Chi Zijian’s novels.Long long ago,there are human activities in the Northeast black land,they thrived and established the primitive civilization.On the one hand due to the natural environment,geographical and other factors,the ancestors living in the black land had their customary way of life,such as farming,nomadic,fishing and hunting.On the other hand,with the historical changes,the flow of people,the culture between various regions collide with each other,and the unique black land culture is formed,and the new blood is injected into the creation of Chi Zijian’s novels.The second chapter is the study for the characters of a few people in Chi Zijian’s novels.Chi Zijian’s novels shape many distinctive characters,including not only women,children,fools and other classic native images,but also Oroqen people,Ewenki people,as well as in the wave of time rushing from Russia People,the Japanese,etc,they are under the influence of the culture of the black land to form their own unique temperament.The third chapter is to analyze the way of showing the black land culture in Chi Zijian’s novels.The author mainly explains the rich black land culture from three aspects,one is the creation of the natural image of the unique black land,the second description of the folk culture,the third is the rich and colorful writing of the Northeast language.The fourth chapter explores the ecological and cultural consciousness in Chi Zijian’s novels.In the process of modern civilization,the ecological problems gradually surfaced,as the natural son of the Greater Khingan Mountains,Chi Zijian and nature can be described as blood connected,she sounded the ecological alarm with her passion for nature,to lead people in looking for the mind of the Pure Land,a harmonious ecological homeland.Chi Zijian used herbeautiful and delicate language to write her familiar piece of black land,take us to enjoy the regional and colorful northern scenery.
