The research focused completely on the employees in company,to explore the relationship between job stress,job anxiety,work well-being,social support and emodiversity.This research adopts the job stress scale,job anxiety scale,Well-being at work scale,2-way social support scale and emodiversity scale as measuring tools.The first test has proved that the internal consistency reliability and validity of the scales have good structures.The job stress scale has five dimensions,which are job load,conflict with colleagues,management of organization,conflict with leaders and stress response;job anxiety scale has health-and body-related anxieties,cognition of insufficiency and workplace-related worries;well-being at work scale is consist of three dimensions,separately are the negative emotions,positive emotions and fulfillment;the 2-way social support scale has giving emotional support,giving instrumental support,receiving emotional support,and receiving instrumental support;the emodiversity scale has positive emotions and negative emotions.In the formal test,237 valid data were recovered,using the SPSS21.0 for data reliability test,t test,variance analysis,partial correlation analysis and test the mediating and moderating effect,structural validity of data with AMOS 17.0,the results found:(1)Negative emotions and emodiversity have significant interaction in gender and education.Emodiversity has significant interaction in education and length of service.The job stress can significantly predict well-being at work.(2)Job anxiety mediates the relationship between job stress and well-being at work:health-and body-related anxieties partially mediates the relationship between stress response and negative emotions;health-and body-related anxieties completely mediates the relationship between work load and negative emotions.(3)Social support and emodiversity moderated the relationship between job stress and well-being at work:giving emotional support and giving instrumental support has a buffer effect on stress response and positive emotions respectively;emodiversity moderates work load and negative emotions.
