College counselors are a special group, have a good working environment, the envy of the working hours, charged with the ideological and political education of young students, and even can be said to shoulder the revitalization and the nation’s future, is a comprehensive score higher occupation, however, for college counselors, they enjoy the superiority brought at the same time, also must face the confusion caused by occupation. As the teaching work of the line, they served as a management of students’ learning life trivial task, but the lack of sense of achievement as a university teacher occupation, relative to the administrative staff of nine to five life, counselors, 24 hours standby time so that they do not have enough time to do the responsibility of the family, therefore, for a lot of counselors in Colleges and universities, the lack of heavy the weight and the sense of achievement, often leads to confusion, the work family conflict and work pressure is the main contradiction facing the college counselors, social support can relieve work pressure to a certain extent.In this study, college counselors as the object, with the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, to explore the relationship between work family conflict and job stress, social support. This paper mainly study;(1) on the basis of literature analysis, using the method of questionnaire, the conflict and conflict of Counselor’s existence;(2) in Hubei, Jiangxi universities in 300 questionnaires, 276 valid questionnaires were obtained, the effective rate was 92%;(3) data processing the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software, to verify the research hypothesis.Analysis of the data obtained:(1) there was a significant positive correlation with the work family conflict and work pressure, work pressure is, the deeper the degree of work family conflict;(2) the work stress and social support had a significant negative correlation, the degree of social support, can alleviate the pressure of work in a certain extent;(3) work family conflict and social support does not exist significant correlation;(4) the working pressure and social conflict, work family support had significant differences in demographic variables.Finally, this paper summarizes the shortage of the research, the research prospects in the future, and on the basis of the analysis results on the management of colleges and universities, counselors and family three aspects put forward specific recommend dations.
