Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Academic Morality Of Social Science Researchers In China Under The New Media Environment

Social science researchers bear the task of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and shoulder the great responsibility of realizing the Chinese dream.In the era of new media,the process of those researchers' academic ethic construction is complex,requiring them to improve both academic literacy and professional ethic under the circumstance of new media.Therefore,the study of their academic ethics is an important part for the management of high-level talents.In particular,there are both some opportunities and challenges for them under the circumstance of new media.In this case,it is very important to strengthen their academic ethic construction.Firstly,the basic interpretation of concept will be given in this paper.This paper mainly studies the related concepts of academic ethics construction of social science researchers in the new media environment,including the contents of academic misconduct and the academic ethics norms that social science researchers should follow.Summed up the characteristics of social science researchers.Secondly,overseas researches and experience in social science academic ethic construction can provide some precious experience for China.Four pieces of enlightenment obtained from the experience of United States,Britain,Germany and Japan are to set up social science researchers' academic database with new media technology,to learn the relevant laws and regulations with new media platform,to record academic integrity into personal integrity files,and to establish third-party investigators with new media technology.Furthermore,the analysis of the status quo and the causes of social science researchers' academic ethic in China under the circumstance of new media is the important content of this paper.Under the circumstance of academic plagiarism and cheating made by those researchers and the open and shared new media,those researchers repeat the low-level academic papers or researches with the the interaction of new media which make it is easier and more direct to access to the paper.The status quo will be analyzed in three aspects.The reasons for this situation are that some of them own low media literacy,impetuous academic mentality and lack innovation.Besides,lack of sound network monitoring system and force of network supervision is existing.Finally,based on strengthening social science researchers' academic ethic construction in China,approaches of their academic ethic construction will be put forward from four aspects that are to improve their own literacy about new media,to enhance the awareness of academic responsibility and Study the theory of Marxism,to promote academic literacy and innovation ability and utilize the new media technology to improve the network supervision system,and to improve the system of academic evaluation,further strengthen the network management and social science researchers' system of reward and punishment about academic achievement,under the circumstance of new media.
