Social intelligence is a kind of ability to know self and others,and involve social interpersonal communication.This study suggests that social intelligence is the ability of individuals to adopt and understand social information correctly in the social context,to establish and maintain good social relations,and to achieve effective social behavior.This study is based on the study of social intelligence of children in the past,aiming at the speciality of migrant children,discovering the commonness of social intelligence with urban children,focusing on the characteristics of their social intelligence,by taking effective group counseling program and corresponding education methods to improve their social intelligence level.Based on the development of social intelligence of migrant children,this study explores the relationship between the system of family dynamics of migrant children,the psychological flexibility,the social support,the relationship between the level of interpersonal relationship and social intelligence,devise the application of migrant children to improve the development of social intelligence level,and counsel programs to improve the level of social intelligence of migrant children through group counseling programs.In this study,the social intelligence of migrant children was systematically explored by literature analysis,questionnaire survey and group counseling.The study is divided into three parts: the first study mainly through the questionnaire to investigate the level of social development of migrant children's social intelligence,to explore the status and characteristics of migrant children's social intelligence;the second study is about migrant children's social intelligence development mechanism,with System of family dynamics self-rating scale,social intelligence scale,young children's psychological toughness scale,comprehend social support scale,class interpersonal network scale to test migrant children,from Family atmosphere,psychological flexibility,comprehending social support and class interpersonal relationship to explore the impact of various factors on the development of social intelligence of migrant children.In the third study,three classes were selected as the studysubjects,comprehensive game tutorial classes use self-compiled migrant children's social intelligence group counseling program,narrative intervention tutorial class using narrative method to interfere with the social intelligence of migrant children,while the EQ educationg tutorial class carries on the regular EQ classroom teaching.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The overall level of social intelligence in migrant children is significantly lower than that in general children.(2)There is no gender difference in the development of social intelligence among migrant children in demographic variables such as gender,age,the kind of parents' work and family income.The social intelligence of migrant children grows with age,both steady and backward,and delayed development.The level of development of social intelligence in migrant children with different the kind of parents' work is different.The level of development of social intelligence in migrant children is different from different levels of household income.(3)The psychological resilience,the system family motive force,the social support and the level of interpersonal relationship of migrant children affect the development of social intelligence.The psychological resilience plays an intermediary role in the influence of family atmosphere on the social intelligence of migrant children.The class interpersonal relationship plays a mediating role in comprehending the influence of social support on the social intelligence of migrant children.(4)Comprehensive game counseling and narrative intervention counseling can improve the social intelligence level of mobile children,and the comprehensive game counseling is more effective than narrative intervention counseling to improve the social intelligence level of mobile children.
