A Research Report On The Translation Of Public Financial Management And Its Emerging Architecture (English-Chinese Translation)

In recent years,the economic cooperation between countries have become more and more frequent,the advanced and effective fiscal policy and management strategies have been shared by many countries,so the translation of related financial literature has become much more impending and demanding.However,it is a real change for a young translator to accurately translate a specific financial text due to its9 high practicality,strong professionalism and critical requirements for translation.Therefore,the research report on such literature translation has both practical and academic value.Public financial management and its emerging architecture is a book on financial management released in United States in the past few years,and the theories,strategies and their implements the book covers would throw light on and benefit the public financial management of China.At the same time,the fiscal policy and the financial situation of the world has changed rapidly,the effectiveness of the policy and strategy has only a short-term span,which demands the accuracy and efficiency of translation.This research report is based on the experience and lessons from translating Chapter 10 and 11 of the concerned book and mainly discusses the method of direct-research,keyword-research,division translation and translation the author uses to solve the problems of the translation of terminology and long and difficult sentences under the guidance of translation skopos theory.At the end,the author also make a detailed description of the experience and lessons in the process of the translation.The author hope all the things mentioned above will be able to help other students in the translation practice.
