The Comparative Study Of The Version "Chen Sui"

"Chen Sui" is one of the classic works of traditional Chinese pipa music.The earliest music that was found at present appeared in 1842 years of Pipa spectrum "Tan Slot".In the hundred years of inheritance,the traditional Chinese pipa art school put "Chen Sui" this piece of music included in their biography,which has been circulated so far.In this paper,it regard the four versions of "Chen Sui" from Pinghu School,Pudong School,Chongming School,"Chen Sui",and new "Chen Sui" written by the contemporary Pipa master Mr.Liu Dehai as the study objects,anylise them from the music structure,tone,performance techniques,aesthetic characteristics and other aspects,and further tap the development of traditional pipa music by exploring its rheological process;It explores the process of production,development,prosperity and decay of pipa art schools and three notation phenomenas in China,and further explores how to better inherit and innovate Chinese pipa traditional music under the influence of today’s multiculturalism.
