The interpersonal relationship is a kind psychological relationship formed in the process of interpersonal communication through the interaction of individual.Inevitably,everyone live in interpersonal relationship,therefore,the interpersonal relationships have a profound impact on all aspects of living and learning.Self is the starting point of interpersonal relationship,self harmony is an important indicator to measure the individual self-consciousness,is a kind of psychological phenomena of self consistency within a person or an individual's coordination of various,is the of harmonious unity of material,spirit,society and pure me,is the harmony between individual real self and ideal self.However,due to various factors,it is hard for individual to achieve self harmony.Instead,they often face a variety of cognitive contradiction and conflicts.Many studies have confirmed that individual cognitive disorders will produce negative emotional experience such as anxiety.Anxiety is the sense of hopelessness or the uncontrollable potential threats,is a complex emotional reaction that is composed of anxiety,tension and fear.In the past,most of the research on these three variables is based on data from college students,and the results of the study don't have powerful generalization.In order to make further investigation about the relationship between self harmony,anxiety and interpersonal relationship,to find out whether self harmony and anxiety have significant influence on interpersonal relationship and the way it works.In this study,all the 2015 freshmen in secondary vocational school in Hebei province were selected as subjects,using self harmony scales,anxiety subscales in scl-90 and interpersonal distress scale to measure harmony,anxiety and interpersonal relationship.With all the data inputted into computer,we use SPSS software to make descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and we come out the findings:The self harmony,anxiety and interpersonal relationship of the freshmen in secondary vocational school have significant differences due to age,gender,major,source of students,and only child.There is a significant positive correlation between freshmen's self harmony and anxiety,self harmony and interpersonal relationship,anxiety and interpersonal relationship.Freshmen's self harmony and anxiety can predict interpersonal relationship to some extent,and anxiety plays a partial mediating role between self harmony and interpersonal relationship.
