The age is in progress, then increasing the demand for professional talents in modern society, which promoted the rapid development of vocational education. For the secondary vocational student’s better learning and development, we should pay enough attention to their psychological health. This article made some researches on secondary vocational school belonging is not strong and poor interpersonal skills. For the Secondary raw adolescent, the aspects of their body and mind is not enough mature, some na?ve. This time, they need for friendship and exchanges, they hope to develop good interpersonal relationships, in order to satisfy them the happiness and security. However, due to the shortcomings of their own capabilities, the lack of communication skills, as well as the lack of knowledge and ability to deal with some of the problems in the interpersonal relationship, even interpersonal crisis. Lack of interpersonal skills can reduce the satisfaction of the school, the students’ school belonging will decline, this conclusion has been confirmed.This study discussed how to improve the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills and school belonging, further promoted the development of the secondary vocational student have good development, at the same time to maintain their mental health. Developing group psychological counseling has good results in promoting members themselves and growing successful, is very widely used in the form of group psychological counseling. Previous literature simply studied the influence factors of school belonging, as well as the relationship among various factors, this study groundbreaking takes the form of group psychological counseling,based on the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills to influence their school belonging.This research was divided into three parts: firstly, analysed the status of secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills and school belonging; Secondly,studied the relationship between the two factors; Thirdly, developing group psychological counseling scheme design, through a series of solutions to raise thelevel of secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills, and improve their sense of belonging to the school.Research one and research two selected 400 secondary raw as subjects, effective subjects is 348, taking questionnaire survey. Research three used the contrast experiment design, selecting two homogenous of a grade class, all 60 people as subjects, the Experimental classes session 30 people, the comparative classes 30 people, organizing Experimental classes to carry out eight times group psychological counselling activities. The results of the study were as follows:The research one showed that the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills significantly influenced by grade class, gender, Whether was the class cadre and the source of family. The school belonging was significantly influenced by grade class, gender, Whether is the class cadre, the influence of family source was not significant.The study two showed that the total score of secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills and each dimension score level and school belonging total score and each dimension score had significantly positive correlation. The four dimensions of interpersonal skills were: self-disclosure, active exchanges, emotional support, and conflict management, the scores of the four dimensions significantly positively predict school belonging.The research three showed that the developmental group psychological activity can significantly increase the secondary vocational student’s interpersonal skills, and further enhance the school belonging.
