| The MTCSOL is a very practical major,which aims to cultivate the talents with high quality of Chinese Teaching for the country.Practice is an important criterion for testing theoretical knowledge,and a transitional stage from professional study to becoming a qualified Chinese teacher,and also is an important criterion to investigate whether to achieve the training objectives.Therefore,it is very important for students of MTCSOL to attend practice.Based on the investigation of the practice of the students in our school,this paper summarized and analyzed the difficulties and problems of the overseas internship.The results show: a lot of trainees are not fully aware of the situation of the country where they went to;and have serious language barrier in communication;Ability to adapt and solve problems needs to be improved.On classroom teaching:The ability to control the classroom needs to be improved;Lack of emphasis on teaching reflection and summary;Ignoring the cultural knowledge in Chinese Teaching.On quality and ability:Lack of teaching experience;Lack of basic knowledge and teaching skills;The ability of combining theory with teaching practice is not very well.Based on the trainee's advices and related research literature,my paper gave some reasonable suggestions,which aiming at these problems,and hope can help overseas trainees of our school.In the end,according to the problems in the practice and the feedback of the students in our school,my paper put forward some suggestions on the curriculum development and cultivation mode of our school's MTCSOL.First,Increase the proportion and intensity of training courses,focusing on cultivating students' ability of Chinese Teaching;Second,set up the practice guidance and second foreign language courses;Third,developing practice base,adding practice platform;Fourth,developing the practice supervision and evaluation system,standardize the practice.And hope to can help MTCSOL's trainees of our school and also our major's better development. |
