Research On The Protection Of Traditional Villages In Hebei Province

Traditional villages form earlier,has a rich tradition of resources,geographical colors contain the most material construction and intangible cultural heritage,is the living state of the humanities and the crystallization of ancient architecture,cultural development integration.With the change of history and the development of society,the development of traditional villages is facing many difficulties?The sharp decline in the number of traditional villages,the severity of the damage,the aging of the population and other issues highlighted.The party and the government attach great importance to the protection of traditional villages,repeatedly stressed the need to increase investment and protection efforts.2012 began to carry out the investigation of traditional village stalls,there are 4153 villages were included in the list of traditional Chinese Village.The top three provinces are Yunnan,Guizhou and Zhejiang,and the number of traditional villages is respectively 615,545 and 401.Hebei province has selected 145 villages,involving 9 cities,24 counties,68 townships,the total number of traditional villages in 31 provinces and cities nationwide in twelfth.Through data collection,field research and semi-structured interviews to study the traditional villages in Hebei Province,we found that the reality is not optimistic.Starting from the view of management,integration of folklore,sociology and other disciplines of macro research on traditional villages in Hebei province.Not difficult to find that convenient modern challenge to the protection of traditional villages,excessive commercialization,population aging,the village lost nest,living environment and other issues behind the serious constraints of the protection of traditional villages,in addition to local villagers awareness of the protection,the protection of traditional villages in Hebei province to increase.There are a number of provinces in the protection of traditional villages have provided experience in Hebei Province,such as Yunnan,Zhejiang,Guizhou,Shanxi and so on.Through the comparison with these provinces,we can sum up the reasons why Hebei traditional villages are facing many difficulties.Traditional village protection laws and regulations are not perfect,lack of planning,funding,professional and technical personnel,publicity is not in place and so on are the important factors affecting the protection of traditional villages in Hebei province.Therefore,it is necessary for Hebei to set up laws for the protection of traditionalvillages,to provide a legal basis for the protection work,and to develop a reasonable plan for the protection of traditional villages,to ensure the smooth development of the work.Rich sources of funds,increase financial support to the protection of traditional villages.Enhance the awareness of local villagers to protect and encourage multi participation,expanding the protection of traditional village groups.At the same time,we should strengthen the training of traditional village protection and the application of information technology,and realize the scientific and information protection of traditional villages.To strengthen the protection of traditional villages have a long way to go,the protection of traditional villages is not only the protection of material and non-material cultural heritage,but also the inheritance and development of history.Through the above protection path,we strive to achieve the effective protection of traditional villages in Hebei Province,and help build beautiful countryside.
