Digit Art On Poetry Of The Tang Dynasty

Tang poetry represents the highest achievement of Chinese poetry,and the digit in poetry is also a unique landscape.In this paper,we make use of scientific statistical methods and computer technology to combs the digit of Tang poetry.We analysis it from the prospects of the meaning,artist,cultural,esthetics,reasons.Thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter includes the reviews of digit in language and poetry,the research value and methods of this study.The second chapter summarizes the features of digit being into Tang Dynasty poetry.First,the numbers are in different forms,some are alone,some are used in conjunction.Second,the frequency of different number are different.Third,the digit being into poetry are in various forms: it can be used with nouns,quantifiers,verbs or be used just independently;it also can be used in single sentence,two consecutive sentences or every sentence;the meaning of the poetry which has digit also varies.Four,different poets have different preferences in choosing digit.These characteristics forms the face of the digital system of Tang poetry.The third chapter analyzes the meanings and art of digit being into poetry.meanings of numbers include: the length of time,date,age,number,acronym,estimates,order number,names,imaginary,stories,etc.On the artistic expression,the poem can cause semantic contrast,expression of exaggeration,elaborate and contrast,blur hazy beauty,but also can be formed magical arithmetic.The fourth chapter analyzes the culture and history and esthetics of figures.It has conjunction beauty,association beauty and symmetrical beauty.The beauty also exists in expression of emotion,the creation of sense of time and space,Creation of poetic atmosphere and the modeling image.The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons of digit being into poetry.The reasons include digital counting functions,traditions,poet's preference,intrinsic characteristics of Tang poetry.The sixth chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this study.
