Culture Of China And The DPRK From The Foreign Cultural Exchanges

After the cold war,the countries of the world are turning their attention from the military and political economy to the cultural field.Chinese and North Korea are neighbors,"and cultural similarities,destiny linked mountains and rivers",has a long history,long history of cultural exchanges between the two countries,with the same point more at every aspect.Although there have been differences in political and diplomatic relations between the two countries,the relations between the two countries have been normalized and developed rapidly under the efforts of the two governments and people.China and the DPRK through cultural diplomacy,not only to strengthen exchanges between the two governments,but also enhance mutual understanding and trust between the people,laid a good foundation for other aspects of cooperation.This paper examines the cultural exchanges between China and Korea from two aspects:cultural diplomacy and cultural exchange.This paper expounds the development process and characteristics of Sino Korean cultural exchange during the cold war.During the cold war,China and South Korea mainly engaged in cultural exchanges in the form of an exchange agreement between the two countries,art groups,media,film,education and academic fields.Although the two countries have experienced political relations in striking one snag after another,but the cultural exchange still maintain close contact.This paper also elaborates the main manifestations of the Sino Korean cultural exchange in the post Cold War period,which is divided into four stages.That is,the cultural exchange between China and Korea is in the cooling period from 1992 to 1999,and the cultural exchange between China and the DPRK is in the recovery period from 2000 to 2008,The cultural exchange between China and Korea is in the developing period from 2009 to 2012,and the cultural exchange between China and Korea is at a bottleneck.This paper also analyzes and evaluates the main contents of the cultural exchange between China and Korea,and puts forward the enlightenment to our country.The DPRK government should make joint efforts to continue to actively develop cultural diplomacy;in the process of implementing cultural diplomacy,should be based on their traditional culture,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and Korea culture;actively promote national cultural innovation,promote the development of the cultural industry;realize the organic combination of cultural diplomacy and Politics,economic diplomacy.
