Cellphone is indispensable in people’s daily life nowadays thanks to the constant development,rapidly regeneration and diversified phone functions.At the same time,with its convenience,smartphone dependence becomes more outstanding.The issue of college students’ smartphone dependence cannot be ignored.Meanwhile,emotional adjustment(social anxiety,depression,loneliness)is highlighted among college students.Students in college who have emotional adjustment issues are trend to retreat in both psychology and behavior.It is presented as communication reduction in real life,reclusiveness,more prone to negative coping style when confronted with questions and easily rely on smartphone.Therefore,on the basis of the deficiency of previous studies,this research is composed of two studies.Study one selected 530 students from one college in Henan province as the main object of study.In order to discuss the relation among college students’ emotional adjustment,negative coping style and smartphone dependence,in the ways of questionnaire research,this study takes negative coping style as intervening variable to explore the active mechanism in them.Study two takes 34 students who scoring high in both emotional adjustment and smartphone dependence as the object of study.Those objects were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taken intervention training through biofeedback system.The control group was stay on normality study.This study tries to explore biofeedback system’s intervention effect on college students’ emotional adjustment and its influence on students’ smartphone dependence.The main conclusions are listed as follow:(1)There is a certain degree of smartphone dependence existing among college students;its detection rate is 28.8%.(2)There is a significant correlation between any two factors of college students’ emotional adaptation,Negative coping style and mobile phone dependence(3)Negative coping style plays an intermediary role between college students’ emotional adjustment and smartphone dependence.(4)The subjects in the experimental group can improve their emotional adaptation after group biofeedback intervention(5)On the basis of improving the problem of emotional adjustment also improves college students’ smartphone dependence. |
