Coping-style refers to the action of an individual who uses the ways of strategies of cognitive adjustment,emotional management,behavioral efforts and the existing experiences to deal with problems and conflicts, when one is faced with stress case or staying in a stress situation, the individual and the environment interact with each other leading to the pressure beyond his or her resources of solving problems, or the stress environment by stress events or triggered behavior problems and emotional problems.Adaptability problems refers to the behavior troubled or the problem behavior arising from the interaction between the individual and environment. For the college students, whether adaptability is good or not is not only directly related to the smooth, but also is an important influence factor of social adaptation ability and in society continued development when they enter the society in the future。The existing research shows that many students have maladjustment problems, how to improve the students'adaptation level is the universities education issue that need to be resolved.Coping is the important influencing factors between pressure and adaptation, coping styles has a great influence on the individual adaptability. When individual facing adaptability problems, a different coping-style he uses, a different adaptation level will be. Today's college students are confronted with adaptability problems more and more severe. Understanding the college students'status of coping styles and adaptability, and the relationship between using different coping style and adaptability level, it is very necessary to solve the adaptability of the college students through the training of coping styles and skills.This study first from the grade,gender,profession,nationality,singleton female,family type aspect survey the college students'status of coping-style and adaptability and analyzes the relationship between the different coping styles and adaptability. Through the scale survey results combined with recruitment advertisement and interview screened 48 members, randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, each group of 24 people. The design of before-after and follow-up, experimental-control group has been conducted, members of the experimental group received two and a half months diachronic coping styles and skills training, the control group didn't any treatment. After training, based on the measurement results, members of the diary analysis, semi-structured interviews and headteacher interview means, the effect of the training has been evaluated and analyzed.The results of the study show that:1.College students'coping styles in grade,gender,professional type,family type aspects exist significant differences. Singleton female,nationality aspects do not exist differences.2.College students'adaptability in grade,gender,professional type,singleton female,family type aspects exist significant differences, while nationality aspect does not exist differences.3.According to the correlation analysis, solving problem and seeking help factors are positively correlated with total dimensions of college students'adaptability and score, self-accusation,retreats,fantasy rationalization are negatively correlated with college students'adaptability total dimensions and score.4.Multivariate regression analysis showed that all the factors of coping styles, solving problem is the biggest influencing aspect of the adaptability total dimensions and score, individual coping styles for adaptability and its dimensions have certain predictive power.5.We can improve the college students' cognitive coping ability emotion coping ability,behavior of coping ability through the group training effectively and can enrich and develop individual coping resources and social coping resources.6.We can improve the college students' coping styles through the group training effectively, and then make the students' coping styles tend gradually matured and intellectualization, make them adaptability level and every adaptation dimension level improve obviously.7. After the group training, the college students master the mature effective coping styles and coping skills, and they try to apply the matured coping styles which they have learned to daily life and gradually consolidate them down, then to help college students out of trouble for a better adaptation to life。...
