With the rapid development of Internet technology,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,which requires companies to improve their ability to respond to complex changes,improve their agility.The establishment of agile enterprises is becoming the trend of enterprise development.Leaders have a greater impact on corporate strategy,business choice and organizational change,and the impact of leadership on enterprise agility has great research value.Through the Chinese traditional culture to solve the problem of modem management has been widely studied,Taoist culture as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,its leadership philosophy has a greater impact on leadership behavior.From the perspective of transformational leadership theory,this paper studies the influence of transformational leadership on the agility of enterprises underthe influence of Taoist culture.Based on the literature review,this study used in-depth interviews to collect data.We selected 6 companies,24 people conducted in-depth interviews,get text data of 140000 words.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the literature data and first-hand interview data,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the agility of enterprises.This paper constructs a model of the influence of transformational leadership on enterprise agility under the influence of Taoist culture.The factors that influence the agility of enterprises are: "Inaction”,',Seek Change","Venerate Softness ",,f Modesty M.The four dimensions of Transformational Leadership: idealized influence,intellectual stimulation,vision incentives and personalized care corresponding to the Taoist culture of "Inaction","Seek Change",” Venerate Softness ”," Modesty n,further affect the enterprise agility.Leadersinfluence the creative agility of enterprises through the ^Inaction" and "Seek Change".Leaders influence the cooperative agility of enterprises through the "Venerate Softness " and M ModestyCombined with the analysis of the factors that affect the agility of enterprises,this paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the agility of enterprises.First,improve the ability to obtain market information,establish a rapid responsemechanism.Second,establish a sense of rapid change,improve communication and decision efficiency.Third,conduct management by flexible means,establish rapid response mechanism.Fourth,improve the staffs ability to change,establish effective coordination mechanism.
