Research On The Cultivation Mode Of Young Artists In "Young Seedling Plan"

The young art talents are the hope of the development career of Chinese art.Since the founding of the People of Republic of China,a lot of outstanding art works are produced by the young artist,which lead to a wide and good academic and social impact,also left footprints in the art history.So how to train the young artists to develop becomes a concern issue nowadays.At present,the Chinese government,the official cultural institutions,art gallery,art academy,auction houses,galleries,etc are trying to establish some development mechanism which will be conducive to the growth of young artists.As the Young artists are the bodies of all kinds of the training mechanism,how to show their ability in the numerous and complicated art market,how to realize their own value of artistic creation and how to deal with the corresponding art market,are the priority factors that the young artists should consider.Through research we found that the growth of the young artists needs a health training mechanism.Facing the rapid development of the contemporary art market and the mumerous and complicated model of arts,it is both opportunity and challenge for the young artists.I choose one of the numerous training mechanism "Guangzhou green crops plan" as an example.i try to analyze and clarify a series of problems including the contemporary art training mechanism how to train the young artists in our country.Guangzhou green crops plan is a young artists promotion platform,which is a joint cultivation mechanism projects of official cultural institutions,colleges and universities.it has certain advantages and development space for young artists to graduate from college.
