The Research On The Assistance Of The Current Social Vulnerable Groups In China From The Perspective Of Ethics

In the transition period of political system and economic system in our country,along with the rapid development of social economy,industrial structure and population structure of rapid social transformation brings about social stratification,further promoted the social vulnerable groups,and no matter from the absolute size of population,but also from the regional distribution in the trend of a growing and expanding.Social vulnerable groups from hidden gradually emerges.About social vulnerable groups from the causes and characteristics are indirectly or directly on the show that the degradation of human rights in the process of social development and the lack of justice.This article through to the social vulnerable groups from the definition of the concept to its characteristics and classification research,supported by major academic theory at home and abroad,draw lessons from western valuable experience in the rescue,based on the reality of China’s current social,with the most extensive social vulnerable groups of survival needs and development needs as a starting point,with instant relief on the survival and development of long-lasting relief for the direction,to build a harmonious society and achieve common prosperity for the society as the ultimate goal,academic dialectical analysis was carried out on the social vulnerable groups,to better achieve the social vulnerable groups assistance to provide a more scientific and effective theoretical guidance.The first part,analyzing the existing situation of social vulnerable groups in China,mainly from four aspects.First,the reference classic works at homeand abroad,further from the meaning of the words,stand on a different academic perspective to clear the concept of social vulnerable groups,form their own view.Second,research the reasons for the formation of social vulnerable groups,mainly is the social vulnerable groups form the root cause,direct cause,the main reason and analysis,this paper discusses several aspects of important reasons.Three,research the common characteristics of social vulnerable groups and their main features in low level of economic and political influence is weak,the psychological pressure big three aspects,according to these three aspects combining with actual deployment is discussed in detail.Four,studies the classification of the social vulnerable groups,mainly divided into physiological disadvantaged and vulnerable groups by phases,historic vulnerable groups,and other types of social vulnerable groups.Second,about the necessity of the social vulnerable groups assistance.Mainly summed up the three main reasons: first,is not conducive to social vulnerable groups in our society "common prosperity" the achievement of objectives;Second,does paper,it is difficult to detail,so mainly from benevolence thought,people-oriented thoughts,the thoughts,the thought of righteousness and four representative,is discussed.2nd,western aid theory and social vulnerable groups,discusses about this chapter,the article is selected,the essay discusses the ideas of the western main representative,mainly from the theory of humanism,human rights and justice three aspects.Third,Marxist theory under the perspective of social vulnerable groups.This chapter through the study ofMarxist classic,combined with its important theory in China’s social assistance,analyzes the Marxism theory perspective the reasons of the social vulnerable groups,and then select the Marxism humanitarian thought and Marxist political economics,Marxism justice thought three representative views of social vulnerable groups in the new period in our country made on the necessity and importance of relief.The fourth part combined with examples and data statistics,analyze the current situation of the social vulnerable groups assistance in new period and the existing problems.The first section,rescue main body weak and underfunded.In the second divided into two sections: the first section,on foreign aid the summary of the experience and practice,social vulnerable groups from powerful financial support policy,effective tax adjustment policies;Perfect social security system,a sound legal system;Perfect social welfare policy three aspects are analyzed.Self-help,in the second quarter from the main body and object comprehensive rescue two aspects to establish scientific and feasible scheme of social vulnerable groups assistance.Subject self-help,on the one hand,this paper discusses the social vulnerable groups mainly from the social main body awareness,improve legal protection consciousness,improve their comprehensive quality from three aspects,achieve fundamentally long-lasting relief.On the other hand,the object
