Zhu Guangqian And The Literature Of Weijin And Six Dynasties

Zhu Guangqian 's literary study in Wei and Jin Dynasties,dabbling in the prominent literati,excellent literary works and the literary phenomenon,is worthy attention.This thesis mainly focuses on Zhu Guangqian and the literature in Wei and Jin Dynasties,discussing in a way of integrating both points and spheres.The first chapter is about Zhu Guangqian's study on immortal poetry of Wei and Jin Dynasties.Being the first to research systematically on it,he ponited out that Li Sao was the fountainhead of immortal poetry.Meanwhile,he made comments on the poems of Cao Zhi,Ruan Ji,Guo Pu and other typical poets.Zhu Guangqian's stuy is just the presentation of his unique features in fusing China and the west.Chapter two introduces Zhu Guangqian 's in-depth research on Tao Yuanming.Shi Lun,as the fruit of Zhu Guangqian 's reception of Tao Yuanming's poetics,in it he praised highly on this poet,regarding whose ranking even surpassed Qu Yuan,Du Fu,to a extremely lofty status.Zhu Guangqian put forward his famous doctrines of "serenity" and "humor of tragedies".He laid emphasis on Tao Yuanming's emotion research,yet considered the poet's ideology a blend of Confucianism,Buddhism,and Taoism.In the view of aesthetics,Zhu Guangqian made his own conclusions and had identified unique personalities by making comparisons between China and the west.Besides on his study,Zhu Guangqian,inspired both by hinself as well as the era,was greatly affetcted by Tao Yuanming,manifesting in his creation work and his outlook on life.The last chapter talks about Zhu Guangqian's involvements in the book Wen Xin Diao Long.He illustrated his reception of this book in three ways:"speak according to it","speak following it",of which the representative work was "poems with metaphors",and "speak implicitly",whose presentation can often be found in his cognition of sentiments and rhetorics,his criticism of literary phenomenon and his doctrine of einfuhrung.In addition,the appendices have outlined the other achievements of Zhu Guangqian in the literature of Wei and Jin Dynasties,so as to mark his contributions and characteristics.
