The Study Of Interpretation Methods For Foreign Affairs From Chinese Into Russian Under The Interpretive Theory

As one way of translation and communication activity which can exchange interlingual information,interpreting is the indispensable medium in intercultural communication activity around the world.With the development of interpreting practice and the cultivation of interpreters,more and more advanced translation theories are needed to guide practice.French interpretation theory,as the most perfect interpretation theory system,is founded by the international famous interpretation expert Danica Seleskovich in 1960 s.The theory believes that translation is not only about the exchange between the simple language items but also about the dynamic process includes understanding and re-expression of the thoughts.The theory also states that translation should be faithful to the original meaning of language.The function of interpreter at a foreign affair is to help the speaker promote the communication efficiently and smoothly.On the one hand,the interpreter need to express the speaker's speech information accurately.And on the other hand,interpreters should covey the emotion and intents which the speakers want to express to the audience and inform the meaning of communication.The interpretation in interpretation for foreign affairs arequite rigorous,impromptu and concise.All these features are quite fit with the purpose that the interpretive theory focus on,which is to convey the meaning of the whole communication.This thesis mainly analyzes and explores the guiding function and the methods of the interpretive theory in translation from Chinese into Russian at a interpretation for foreign affair.The paper consists of three parts: preface,text and epilogue.The text is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the establishment and development of the interpretive theory,the decomposition of the interpretation process and the "loyal" standard.The second part introduces the language characteristics in interpretation for foreign affairs and the requirements for interpreter;from six aspects analyzes the translation of living examples and the author puts forward the problems and the solutions that need to focus on in the interpretation for foreign affairs.The third part introduces the deficiencies and countermeasures when the interpretive theory is applied in interpretation practice.
