Warring States to Qin and Han dynasties, the ancient Chinese society has gone from the kingdom to the empire of great historical change. In this era of social transformation, the theme is to rebuild the order. With the development of productive forces, in the production field, people will get the best experience labor practice to determine the form of knowledge and the formation of the best examples of down, understanding achieve consistency, the common benchmark to judge, division of labor and objects of interchangeability. These "model" is the first "standard", implement the standard procedure is "standardized". Furthermore, based on practice in the production area, it will be for the production of standardized, unified and efficient management experience summed up as systematic management philosophy, and used in various areas of national cause, continue to improve, so as to form for the country "standardized" management philosophy.The standardized construction in Warring States to Qin and Han dynasties is an important period and typical representative of Chinese standardization.
