There are five kinds of voice in Japanese:active voice, passive voice, causative voice, possible voice, worship voice. The so-called passive voice means the verb's voice used when subjects are affected by an action, effect. The sentence whose predicate uses the passive voice is called passive sentences. The main characteristics of passive sentences in Japanese are these:passive sentences can generally be divided into direct passive and indirect passive sentences according to the agent's behavior which is directly or indirectly acts on the object. That the agent's behavior directly acts on the object are direct passive sentences, while in indirect passive sentences the action indirectly influences the object. The frequency of using passive sentences in Japanese is very high. A lot of Chinese active patterns will be expressed in passive ones in Japanese. In Japanese passive sentences, the auxiliaries such as ??????????????? can all used to mean the agent, then what are the differences among them? What are their application differences? It is generally believed that passive sentences are originally not often used of in Japanese. The traditional usage is mainly used in the situation in which the object is damaged. But due to the influence of Indo-European, it is used more and more widely. In Japanese, the passive sign of a passive sentence is simple, and the part of speech is single. The passive form is denoted with verb's unaccomplished-state followed by the passive auxiliary verbs "? ?, ? ? ?", which forms the passive voice. That is, the passive form in Japanese has auxiliary verbs "? ?, ? ? ?" as a sign, which acts as the predicate verbs of the passive sentences, together with the verbs to constitute a whole. That is to say, Japanese is marked in the form of auxiliary verbs as passive sentences. The auxiliaries such as ??????????????? are mainly utilized to indicate the actor. What are the frequencies of passive sentences in scientific Japanese? What about its application? What are their respective features? What kind of it in scientific Japanese takes up the majority?It seems that nobody has made detailed research on those questions. In this essay, these questions will be investigated and analyzed one by one. Therefore, this essay will study the varieties of passive sentences in scientific Japanese, and analyze the characteristics of various passive sentences and translation skills by means of examples. At the same time, the differences between similar morphological sentences of spontaneous and passive in scientific Japanese will also be dissected.The first chapter introduces the significance and the method of the research on the topic. Besides, it presents the current prior study related to the thesis is trying to achieve and breakthrough point of the problem.The second chapter is to analyze the classification of the passive sentences in scientific Japanese. This thesis mainly analyzes the differences between sentient beings Subject sentence, ruthless subject sentence and Spontaneous sentence in the Japanese science and technology in science Japanese.The third chapter makes a more detailed research on the frequency of the use of passive sentences in scientific Japanese and auxiliary words.The fourth chapter carefully analyzes the passive voice expression form and features of scientific Japanese. Japanese passive expression forms and characteristics will mainly be expounded from the three levels:morphology, sentence structure and meaning.
