Over a thousand years,a special aesthetic methond that only belonged to Song dynasty came out as well as the creating culture.Those rulers in that dynasty believed in Ru,Shi and Dao,resulting in the fact that under the influence of Ru Shi Dao philosophy people at that time lived in that way.And also,during that dynasty,NeoConfucianism was born.Because the kings of Song dynasty wanted their folks to pay more attention to literature then Kongfu,literature had developed more then ever.As a result,those rulers took a lot interest in literature.For instance,they lived in a peaceful and genteel way.So that they like simplicity of greenish white porcelain which was made in Jingdezhen.This kind of porcelain had a solemn,archaic and elegant appearance.The simple glaze as well as some beautiful carving.Under the author’s research that based on some ancient greenish white porcelain pieces,this essay will discuss not only its craft but also the lifestyle and the culture in Song dynasty,aiming at discovering the aesthetic methond and the difference of carving style.Besides,this essay will also make comparation among greenish white porcelain,Ding kiln and Yaozhou kiln,in order to find out its specialty,while analyse its carving decorative purpose from the angle of aesthetic.
